Manresa Link has been offering Retreats In Daily Life in the Midlands since the 1980s, based on Ignatian Spirituality. These have usually been parish-based, or within a variety of organisations, giving participants weekly meetings with a trained prayer-guide to help them deepen their relationship with God.
Now you can do this online, from your own home, without venturing out. You will need to commit to praying for about 30 minutes every day, over a 4 – 6 week period. You will be able to explore ways of praying that are ancient, but often forgotten. You will meet each week online with your prayer-guide through Skype/Zoom/WhatsApp/Facetime, or just the telephone, to review your week in prayer and to look ahead to the next week.
