The Refugee Crisis and Climate Emergency

At 2.00pm on Monday 24 January via Zoom, the Churches’ Refugee Network will hold an open meeting concerning ‘The Refugee Crisis and Climate Emergency.’  Leaders in Nepal, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Switzerland will speak about how people are being forced to leave homes and lose their livelihoods as a result of climate change. Students and teachers from St Dunstan’s Roman Catholic Primary School in Birmingham will share how their arts-related projects explore the connection between the climate emergency and the refugee crisis.
